Our replacement seals allow you to replace the faulty seals within your Bosch CP3 fuel pump.
Please be sure to include your pump number at checkout as there are small variations to these kits.
It is a common fault for the seals, gaskets and o rings to deteriorate within the CP3 fuel pump leading to leaks around the pump which is an MOT failure. These pumps operate at extremely high pressures so even the smallest deterioration in a seal can lead to substantial fuel leaks and associated vehicle faults. Our kit includes replacement seals – those which commonly fail. Enabling you to repair the fuel pump you have without the vast cost of a new / refurbished unit.
If you require the main drive shaft oil seals please add these to your order separately. There are 36mm and 37mm inner and outer seals fitted to these pumps or possibly a 32mm and 31mm depending on type, Alternatively we provide a kit with these seals included HERE
