If you’ve received a damaged or broken item in your order, or simply no longer require the part you’ll need to return the items to us, we accept return requests when initiated within 14 days of your order, returns requested after this 14 day period will be rejected.

Items being returned due to breakages/damage should be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging, items that are being returned due to being unwanted should be returned unopened and in a saleable condition.

Our return policy requires you to pay for the return delivery, this is non-refundable. Returned items will be fully refunded but your initial delivery cost will not.

To initiate a return, please contact us ASAP –  you’ll need your name, order number and an email address.

Customs charges

International deliveries (outside of the EEC) may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once your delivery reaches your country. These additional fees must be paid by yourself to clear customs. If you’re unsure on your countries import duties we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by Customs authorities.


We send pumps by courier, usually Yodel in the UK and DHL or UPS for international orders. For seal kits and smaller parts, we use Royal Mail.
