These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can visit our website injectionpumps.co.uk order and buy goods through our online delivery service.
Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time. In respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing the order. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding your personal information.

Availability
Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will tell you as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. We aim to process all enquiries and requests as quickly as possible but we reserve the right to restrict, refuse or cancel orders where necessary.
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners, Maestro, UnionPay) You will see ‘DIESEL PUMPS’ on your card statement.
PayPal
Your account will be debited once your order has been received by us. All transactions are in UK pounds sterling and will have VAT at checkout where applicable. Countries outside the UK will not have tax applied. See ‘Delivery and charges’ for more details
Returns
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you have any cause for dissatisfaction with your goods you may return them.
We only accept returns of unwanted goods within 14 days. Special order items cannot be returned unless agreed at our discretion, a re-stocking fee may also apply in this case.
Items that are being returned due to being unwanted should be returned unopened and in a saleable condition. Any items damaged in transit ideally need to be photographed on arrival and emailed to us for assessment.
Our return policy requires you to pay for the return delivery, this is non-refundable. Returned items will be fully refunded, but your delivery costs will not. If items are returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failure of the customer to facilitate delivery, such as refusing the package due to import duties or taxes or not signing for the package, the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the returns process, including but not limited to: return shipping costs, a restocking fee of 15% and a payment processing fee of 5%
Items should be in their original undamaged box/packaging and accompanied by a returns note including your order number. Please note that refunds can only be made to the credit card or PayPal account that was originally used to purchase the goods. If items are being sent from abroad ensure they are marked as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on all customs documents.
Warranty
All new items are covered by the manufacturer’s standard 12 month warranty for defects, however certain internal pump parts are only warranted if installed by us, due to potential damage caused by improper fitment. Check with us prior to purchase to see if this applies to the parts you wish to purchase.
Used parts are sold as serviceable when they are dispatched, but carry no warranty in case of a later fault developing.
Reconditioned pumps
Reconditioned pumps are warranted against any electronic or mechanical defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase by the consumer. Should a defect occur during the duration of the limited warranty, we will repair or replace defective unit/parts with new or rebuilt materials. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that no contamination will enter the pump via the fuel inlet, if such contamination is found to be the cause of a malfunction, this warranty will be deemed void
This warranty does not cover costs for removal and or installation of the unit for repair. Under no circumstances shall we (Diesel Injection Pumps) be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or for any other expenses incurred by reason of use, sale or fitment of the product.
Delivery and charges
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of payment. Delivery timings and addresses are subject to courier restrictions. Please note that dispatch time estimates are not guaranteed and that dispatch times should not be relied upon as such. Economy services are charged as a fixed price delivery cost according to location, and is not necessarily the true cost of delivery. The charge is calculated on the average cost of sending to the zone specified.
In the event your delivery hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us. Claims for missing items must be made within 28 days of placing an order.
International deliveries may be subject to import charges and taxes levied when your delivery reaches your country. These additional fees must be paid by yourself to clear customs. If you’re unsure on your countries import charges, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by Customs authorities.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped to remote locations and currently Australia, Norway, the USA and Canada can take longer than expected.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of orders
We will notify you by e-mail to confirm receipt of your order, however our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered and we will e-mail you again to confirm details.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and security of information given to us for the purposes of processing your order. No personal information will be shared with any third party for any purpose other than necessary for supplying your order.

We take every care to ensure information on this site is accurate; however some prices or details shown on the website may change from time to time and it is possible that errors will occur. We will endeavour to rectify any errors as swiftly as possible. Fitment and application of spare parts is given as a guide only, and it is the customer’s responsibility to establish if the parts are suitable for the application before ordering/fitting. We stock both Original Equipment and quality replacement non OE parts, so please assume parts are non OE unless otherwise stated. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by fitting incorrect or defective parts. If in doubt, please check prior to ordering, and provide as much information as possible about your requirements.

Please assume that all rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to us. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contact agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
