We use Royal Mail and Hermes for economy delivery and DHL or UPS for express delivery worldwide. Your options will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery charges are calculated according to weight and destination country and are calculated once your address is completed in checkout
International deliveries may be subject to import charges and taxes levied when your delivery reaches your country. These additional fees must be paid by yourself to clear customs. If you’re unsure on your countries import charges, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by Customs authorities.
If you’ve received a damaged or broken item in your order, or simply no longer require the part, you’ll need to return the items to us, we accept return requests when initiated within 14 days of your order, returns requested after this 14 day period will be rejected. Special order items also cannot be returned, unless agreed at our discretion, a re-stocking fee may also apply.
Items being returned due to breakages/damage should be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging, items that are being returned due to being unwanted should be returned unopened and in a saleable condition.
Our return policy requires you to pay for the return delivery, this is non-refundable. Returned items will be fully refunded, but your delivery costs will not. If items are returned due to an incorrect address or failure of the customer to facilitate delivery such as refusing the package due to import duties or taxes, then the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the returns process.
