We accept most major debit/credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay

How to I know that my payment is secure?

Our web store is secured with an SSL certificate (padlock symbol) and is handled by third party providers who insist on the most up to date encryption methods to prevent fraud.

Do you ship to my location?

We ship orders worldwide. Certain countries or remote islands do not have an international postal service but this is unusual

What delivery services do you use?

We use Royal Mail 1st class post and EVRI for delivery of smaller low value UK deliveries or Royal Mail Priority, Tracked or Signed services for worldwide destinations. For large or bulky items we use UPS, DPD or EVRI and DHL Express for the fastest worldwide delivery and valuable items. You will be shown your available delivery options depending on weight and location at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

This depends on your geographic location, what shipping service you have selected, whether we have stock and what time of day you place the order.

Will my order be delivered at the weekend?

DHL do not operate at weekends but Royal Mail and EVRI do deliver on Saturdays. If you place a UK order on a Friday bear in mind that Royal Mail may be your quickest delivery option.

What shipment notifications will I receive?

Shipment dispatch notifications are automatic and sent via us when the carrier marks the item as processed or received by themselves. Exactly what notifications you receive will depend on the carrier used, your country and the service selected at checkout. Ensure you use an SMS mobile number at checkout, as some carriers will contact you by this method. If there is a tracking number available, you will be sent this via email so please use this number if contacting the carrier with any further enquiries.

I am not in the UK – will I be charged tax on my order at checkout?

No – all orders with a shipping address outside of the UK will be sent without tax applied, however you may be liable for tax, duty and importation fees locally. Usually the courier will charge this before delivering the goods. Check your own country’s importation policy for more details. Bear in mind that the UK is no longer in the EU.

Do I need to order online?

Yes – we can only accept orders online as the process is automated including verification of payments, stock control and labeling of packages.

Do you have a phone number?

No – It is not viable for us to use the phone or have a dedicated helpline. All technical issues are easier, faster and more accurate to process via email, and we aim to respond to enquiries within a few hours.

Can I cancel or amend my order

Yes – you can cancel or amend your order provided it hasn’t yet been dispatched and we receive notification in time. We usually process orders as they are received, so be sure to contact us as soon as possible.
